SARAH VUONG UK VIRTUAL SAMPLE SALE - THURSDAY 4TH AUGUST 2022
On Thursday 4th August 2021 starting at 9:30am we’ll be hosting our second virtual sample sale on our Instagram Stories. We will have a variety of hair accessories available. This will be a UK only sample sale.
All items will be brand new, in perfect condition and will be packaged in our signature Sarah Vuong packaging. All items are samples which we decided not to include in our core collection because we either didn’t think they fit with our current collection, were similar to items we already had in our range or because we didn’t think they appealed to our target market but are still equally beautiful.
The schedule for the day is as follows:
Hair Pins | 10.00 - 11.00
Hair Vines | 11.00 - 11.30
Sets & Accessories | 11.30 - 12.00
Hair Combs | 12.00 - 13.00
Clips and Slides | 13.00 - 13.30
Hair Pieces | 13.30 - 14.30
Headbands | 14.30
How to purchase:
- Items will be referenced with a Sample Sale reference code for example SS001 on the Instagram Story slide.
- DM @svbridaljewellery with your selected product and reference code. Include your full name, email address and postal address.
- Await an email with an invoice which will reference the items you have successfully been allocated.
- UK Delivery will be standard and free.
- Items will only be reserved for 30 mins, if payment is not made within this time the item will go to the next person in line.
- Items will be posted within one working week
The Rules:
- Items are allocated on a first come first served basis and your invoice will show the item/s you have successfully purchased.
- Items sold on Instagram Stories will all be production samples
- To avoid your item/s being passed to the next in line please pay your invoice within 30 mins of receipt.
- We will delete items that have been purchased off IG Stories.
- We are not accepting any returns or refunds on these items - only exchanges or credit notes up to the same value.
- Although we'll try to combine postage if someone purchases multiple items we cannot guarantee this.
- Unfortunately due to the high volume of messages we'll be receiving on Thursday, we will only be responding to the brides who have successfully purchased the item. If you have any customer service related queries, we strongly recommend you email us as it's highly likely your message will get lost in the sample sale DM's.
- Sale will close at 17.30 and any remaining stock will be removed from our stories
Payment:
Due to the nature of this sale all payments will be bank transfer only. Upon successful allocation of an item, an invoice will be issued to the email address you provide with bank details clearly highlighted.
If your bank requires a calculator to set up a new payee please ensure you have this with you to avoid disappointment as you will be allocated a 30 minute slot to make payment and secure your item before it is then offered to the next person.
